- Google Search Console: We access search performance data, including search queries, impressions, clicks, click-through rates, average position, indexing status, crawl data, and site performance information associated with client properties.
- Google Ads: We access advertising campaign data, including campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, cost), ad group and keyword data, audience targeting information, bid and budget data, quality scores, and conversion tracking data associated with client advertising accounts.
We only access Google user data after an authorized user explicitly grants permission through Google's OAuth 2.0 consent process. We request only the minimum scopes necessary to provide the specific reporting and analytics features described in this policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
3.1 Site Visitor Information
We use information collected from Site visitors to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve our Site.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, personalized marketing, credit-worthiness assessments, or any purpose unrelated to delivering our Services.

- With the authorizing client: We share analytics, reports, and insights derived from Google user data with the client who authorized access to their Google accounts. This is the core purpose of our data access.
- With infrastructure service providers: We use cloud hosting and data infrastructure providers (such as Amazon Web Services) that may process Google user data in the course of hosting our Services. These providers act as data processors under contractual obligations that restrict their use of the data to providing infrastructure services only.
- For legal compliance: We may disclose Google user data if required by applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process.
We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, information resellers, or any other third parties not described above.
5. Data Storage and Security
5.1 Where Data Is Stored

Residual copies in encrypted backups are deleted in accordance with our standard backup rotation schedule, typically within 180 days.

Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete or de-identify the applicable data within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it. We will confirm completion of the deletion to you in writing.
6.3 Revoking Google Account Access
Authorized users who have connected their Google accounts to our Services can revoke Q1 Media's access at any time through their Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon revocation, we will cease accessing data from the disconnected accounts and delete the associated data in accordance with the retention schedule described above.
7. Google API Services Limited Use Disclosure
Q1 Media's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in our Services.
